Merck Animal Health installed and started up a new automated packaging line. Due to resource constraints, GMP Pros was contracted to create IOPQ protocols and execute the protocols. GMP Pros provided excellent day-to-day communications. This included status updates, specific information or direction needed and draft documents for review.
